Until you've read the script, you don't realise just how enormous an undertaking Kingdom O' Magic was. A 70,000+ word document, much of which had to be recorded twice - once for each of the lead characters - with thousands of possible permutations. I wrote around half of it and edited all of it. Thank goodness it was funny!

SCi have now given me the go-ahead to present the full recording script we used. It's a word document and can be difficult to follow, but basically keep an eye on the Option numbers. The first time you meet a character, you can usually say around three things to him - these are Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3. If you choose Option 1, the conversation proceeds as written until it either concludes or branches again into Option 1.1, Option 1.2 and Option 1.3. If you go with Option 1.2, that will continue on and perhaps lead to Option 1.2.1, Option 1.2.2 and Option 1.2.3... hopefully it'll all become clear after you read it and, if it doesn't, spare a thought for myself and the others who worked on it!
